“One of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. ”

“The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still……

"the staff are very helpful and polite. Fabulous location, in the centre of the old city. In Chiang Mai, you could only take bolt or grab to travel. The traveling expenses were vety cheap. "這次入住的房間剛好面對游泳池和山景，環境相當不錯，房間也很寬敞。飯店門口有一間 7-11，可說是加分項目。
不過，飯店位置稍嫌不便，距離各主要景點都有一段路程。雖然看似離真心市集很近，但實際上走路過去並不現實。
基本上去哪裡都需要叫車前往。
此外，飯店下方資訊標示「24 小時應要求提供免費機場來回接駁車」，但實際情況與描述不符：
入住當天我們於晚上11點抵達清邁，飯店卻回覆說晚上不提供接送服務。
退房當天需要前往機場，請飯店協助叫車，結果被告知需要付費。我還不如自己叫車，既方便又省事。
整體來說，雖然硬體設施不錯，但服務細節與宣傳不符，稍顯遺憾。"
