「We had a great time at this little cottage. The property was clean and tidy. The host provided indoor and outdoor games which was really nice for the whole family to enjoy. The beach was a 5-7 minute walk from the property. Overall, it was a nice experience for everyone!」

「This place is wonderful! We definitely intend to rent it again. The cottage was spotless. Also, it was a very nice layout for my two adult sons, my wife, our dog, and myself. Dock area is gorgeous. Good wifi so able to get a little work done when needed as well. Grocery store, gas station, church and tavern an easy drive 15 minute drive down the road. The entire experience was excellent. Can't wait until we get to spend time there again.」

「We had a wonderful stay on Lake Nipissing’s West Arm. Sherry’s property is very comfortable and a private setting. Had we been able to stay longer than two days, we would’ve loved to enjoy the hot tub. She was kind enough to extend our checkout time, although we needed to be underway early on our departing day.」

「The property has a lot of great amenities. The dock is beautiful and the beach is nice too. The view is lovely as well. Cabins are good, basic but have the necessities. Beds are very comfortable. The Vrbo listing does not provide a lot of detail. Signing a contract will be required with many additional stipulations. Firewood must be purchased on site at a cost of $13.50 per small bag. Communication with owners could have been better. Poor communication led to a very unprofessional outburst by...
