“Great stay”

“We were able to spend some time with our MTU Husky and take in some beautiful sites. A little chilly to use the outdoor amenities, but would be great in the summer.”

“There are some details that are missing about this property, and if we had known them beforehand our stay would have been more bearable Our cabin did not have any of the amenities listed. Upon entering the cabin, the only contents of the cabin were a table, a barstool, and a bunk bed accompanied by a long twin. There was no electricity, insulation, running water, or bedding. Photos display a wood burning stove - our cabin did not have that. The temperature dropped below 45 degrees on both……

“We were in town to spend Easter weekend with our freshman MTU student, since he couldn't make the 9 hour trip home... the cabin was perfect; clean, plenty of room, and well stocked with household items. We were able to cook Easter dinner for a small group of MTU students, and we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and cozy... we especially loved the wood stove, since I am always cold. We were so happy with it, we already booked one of the cabins for next Easter!”

“We’ve been told that this is one of the best resorts on the peninsula to stay in. We were impressed with the cabin and its big rooms. Plenty to do including a game room and a spacious balcony where you can hang out when the weather conditions are right. Plenty of parks to hike or sight see and the college nearby has some football and hockey games for entertainment too.”
