"This is NOT a three star hotel - barely 1 star. We made the mistake of booking three nights based on what we read on Expedia and after arriving tried to cancel the two remaining days. They refused. We stayed one more night and then left and had to pay for another hotel. The hotel is very old and run down - not in an “artsy” way. It smells like wet dog, the walls had stains and rips, and the town is sketchy. Very disappointed that Expedia didn’t back me up to get at least one night refunded. "

"The property is absolutely lovely with a beautiful courtyard and a communal lounge area. The location cannot be beaten, you can see Les Arenes at the end of the street and it's just 5 minutes walk to anywhere in the city centre of Nîmes. It is a safe and quiet area too.
