“El lugar es bonito. Pero necesita mas atenciones en el mantenimiento de las facilidades como las cortinas de las cabañas las cablerias donde esta el televisor estaban sueltas. El counter donde esta la neverita estaba suelto o roto. Entre otras cosas mas”

“It is exactly as the photos show. I arrived late, was walked to the hut (I guess that’s what you’d call it), and I admit I was skeptical of how well I’d be able to sleep with no walls to keep the bugs out. No bugs bothered me at all. In Texas you’d have thousands of mosquitoes, and flying insects but here, none. The singing of the tree frogs in the forest put me to sleep and I slept better than I have in at least a year. “The home was lovely, comfortable and very clean with many nice touches. The country mountain side location was safe and peaceful. At night we were serenaded by crickets and coquis! We would highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay in Utuado.”

“La casa esta bien, pero hay cositas que arreglar por seguridad como las puertas que no cogen los seguros bien, habia polvo en ventanas y no se veia que habia sido limpiada antes de recibirnos, la ventana de la cocina necesita poder cerrarse para que no se escape la llama de la estufa y entra mucho sol por esa ventana (alguna cortina). Deben sugerir las mejores rutas a tomar para llegar a la casa dependiendo de donde venga el huesped, el GPS te tira por las peores carreteras. ”

“Beautiful property with an amazing atmosphere. We did have a difficult time with communication prior to check in, as the host didn't reply to several messages about how to get in over the 24 hours before our check in. We thankfully just drove to the property early and ran into the cleaner to get in. We also had to pester them for the wifi info. There was no "welcome book" as many places have with info about cleaning, wifi, or local attractions. The kitchen was sparse as far as dishware and we……

“We adored our stay with Christine and Jose. In particular we loved the stunning views from the property, the beautiful outdoor spaces (bar, fire table, gorgeous pool that is heated so our kids could play in it for hours) and the location (remote in the hills with a farm, fruit trees, horses etc.). Being there felt like a truly unique experience and it felt like we got to experience real puerto rico life for a couple of days. Night driving in the area was difficult, so come in during daylight hours. House doesn’t have A/C, but it has lots of windows for cool breezes. It was nice to experience this part of PR.”

“Beautiful views, very comfortable and well designed lodging facility. It was very peaceful and cool enough that they didn’t need Aircondition. however it’s in a very rural place and there was houses on each side and two dogs tied with chains. Sorry,I just want to be honest The roads are very small and lot of turns, I expected that but not dogs tied on a chain. That’s why the location wasn’t ideal for vacationing.”
