“No Hot-water”

“We booked a room through Expedia at the Vista Verde Hotel but when we arrived, they told us that they thought we had cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We had cancelled a longer stay we had made and re-booked it for just one night but they said they had no record of it even though we had an itinerary through Expedia. They couldn't call Expedia for us to get it straightened out. When I got back from vacation, I called Expedia and asked for a refund and they said they have……

“This Inn has a great location and good staff, breakfast included is good. Rooms need to be remodeled and cleaned more carefully. You can hear people’s conversations and everything that happens in neighbors rooms. The pool area is ok, but there are many cats wandering around the area. The place has potential, but needs more care.”

“This retreat is an absolute paradise and oasis that makes the stresses of day to day life melt away! It felt both meditative and romantic. It is easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed. I wish we had stayed longer. Every part of it was clean and in great condition. The staff were warm and welcoming. You can tell that every detail has been designed with much thought and care. The setting is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains, fresh air, waterfalls, and the sounds of birds and frogs.……

“They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. ”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“The rooms need refurbishing. The bathroom door of my room had a hole. The comforter had a blood stain. House keeping came and changed the next day. Pool area beautiful. Staff great and friendly. ”
