“We had a wonderful stay at Ryan's property during the creole festival. Ryan was very responsive with any questions or requests we had before we arrived in Dominca. The place was beautiful and clean in a very quiet area. The location was superb, around 10 mins drive from city and from anywhere where events were being held. “Even before arriving, Leonard was incredibly helpful by answering all our questions about the property's location and its accessibility to transportation and shops. It is a short walk to public transport and the supermarket. We didn't rent a vehicle and had no difficulty accessing transportation. The place was clean and had all the conveniences of home. “24 hrs before checking in we were informed that the house we had booked wrrks in advance would not be available anymore..We had to accept a different house which was smaller than we had booked and the host made no effort to compensate us for this change..It was the worse experience I have ever received while using expedia.. None of the appliances were working..The neighborhood was not safe.. Truely ruined our vacation”
