GÎTE RENTAL IN PÉRIGORD NOIR

200 m from the river, on a hectare of south-west facing land with an uninterrupted view over the hills of the Dordogne Valley, 3 Périgord-style self-catering gîtes have recently been built, inspired by the architecture of the tobacco drying sheds in the SARLAT region.

Each gîte is independent and has its own private garden of around 500 m2.

Each can accommodate 4 people (5 with a cot available on request), with a total interior surface area of 65 m². There is also a 50 m² outdoor terrace and a private balneotherapy pool.

All gîtes are suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Vincent and Claire were great hosts so helpful. We did not realise the gite is part of a camping site but were apart yet had the convenience of the snack bar and bread delivery which was great. Overall stay was tip top. The bedding was poly/cotton so Poor quality but overall a great stay

Prachtige vakantiewoning met verwarmd zwembad.

Verwelkomd door een heel vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaar. Nieuwe vakantiewoning met verwarmd privé zwembad gelegen op een terrein af te sluiten met een automatische poort. De woning zelf beschikt naast de keuken met zitruimte over 2 ruime slaapkamers en ruime badkamer. Ouderslaapkamer met groot en uitstekend bed. Gelegen op 400 meter van de rivier de Dordogne. Met de e bike enkele mooie tochten gemaakt In de prachtige omgeving. We kunnen deze vakantiewoning iedereen aanbevelen. badkamer
