“The farmhouse was very clean with a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding areas. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay.”

“Everything was perfect! We had one of the best experiences ever. The staff was all so kind and accommodating to our needs and asking what they could do for us. The place was super clean and was well stoked with anything you may need. They even had the BEST chocolates ever right by the front door. It was such a warm, friendly atmosphere and made our trip! ”

“Just a warning, the snug is behind the bar owned by the same family. There’s a small driveway at the end of the bar a hairstyle place and some other little shops. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were huge and the bathroom is very nice and all brand new. In the morning we did have some toast and tea and it was nice to have the availability of fruits and vegetables and yogurt and so on for the free breakfast the host was very nice.”

“The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or……

“This is a very peaceful and relaxing hotel. The staff could not be more helpful. Spacious room and a super comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely with a very good menu and was cooked to order. I would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Good hotel in the centre of town. I was disappointed in how expensive the breakfast was, and felt the staff did not communicate this well. I was quoted different prices from staff in 2 different parts of the hotel, and ended up leaving the hotel to get breakfast elsewhere.”
