「Großräumige, sehr gepflegte und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Stadtzentrum von SR. Es hat an nichts gefehlt: von Kaffeekapseln über Spülschwamm, Spiele, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett war alles vorhanden. Check-in verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist über Treppen zu erreichen. Durch einen Link konnte die Wohnungstür sehr einfach geöffnet werden, das Verschließen war ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Fenster waren sehr hellhörig, was uns aber nicht weiter...

「Spacious and spotless apartment in the very center of the city. Top quality utilities like Miele, Villeroy&Boch etc. Well equipped. Only minus was the missing air-conditioning - at nights it was dreadful hot and keeping windows open was not an option due to near by church bells and loud people. 」

「Grandiose Lage für Fußgänger in der historischen Altstadt.Einrichtung der Wohnung ordentlich aber sehr nüchtern, teilweise plemprig. Manche Möbel drohen auseinanderzufallen. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr begrenzt, z. B. ist keine Teekanne vorhanden. Küche und Bad sind schlecht zu lüften.Größtes Manko: Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein 24 Std. Automatenladen. Das wird Nachts häufiger sehr laut, besonders zum Wochenende hin. Ohne diesen Laden wäre es sehr ruhig.」

「Insgesamt waren wir nicht begeistert, weil die Wohnung in einem Zustand war, den man deutlich besser erwarten dürfte. Es beginnt mit der Beleuchtung - 1 Zimmer Deckenlampe kaputt, Bad 1 Leuchte fehlt - haben wir nachgekauft. Nur eine Nachttischlampe. Der Ablauf im Badwaschbecken war verstopft und die Duschstange defekt. Fernseher nicht bedienbar, weil keine Fernbedienung auffindbar war. Sehr dürftige Küchengeschirrausstattung. Immerhin hat sich nach unserer Reklamation beim Reinigungspersonal...

「Very cute property on the top floor. It was hot and one fan was not enough. Mattresses were very firm. Neighbors out the back window were smoking on their balconies and staying up late, but windows had to be open for ventilation. We enjoyed the washer and drying rack. Shower had mold. Dining and living area nice. Kitchen small, but functional with hot pot, coffee, fridge and stove. 」

「This apartment is a very good choice for a longer stay in Regensburg. It is spacious with a small living room a kitchen. It is clean and well equipped. The location is close to main sites and the train station. Easy check-in but all the communications were in German. I asked a question about a couple of things that were damaged (e.g. the ironing board) and received no answer (I asked in English).」
