8.8/10 Excellent! (208 reviews)
Upon arrival I was waiting in line to be checked in when a woman pushed in front of me in full view of the reception staff. Instead of correcting the situation the receptionist went on to resolve her lengthy issue before I was finally able to check in. Really not acceptable and that sort of behaviour should be addressed, not encouraged.
