Nice, clean room, very good supply of hot drinks ingredients. Everything you need for short break. Could do with a new shower head, but was ok. Restaurant got busy, glad we booked. Lovely restaurant setting, food was really good. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. A really good location for exploring that part of Dorset.

Perfect place to stay if you’re in the area. We had a twin room, which was a good size and had a full bath tub with soaps, shower gels and shampoo. Tea/coffee making facilities and free bottled water. The rooms are attached to wonderful pub, the staff are super friendly and the food served there is excellent. Definitely make a bee line for the roast lamb if you’re there on a Sunday. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My only wish would be the option to have a hot breakfast, but for the price of the stay there’s no way to moan about that. Would stay at the Frampton Arms again in a heartbeat. Great stay

The room was very well appointed and modern. However there was a random pill (Advil?) on the floor in the middle of the carpet when we walked in. The walls really desperately need paint. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room had AC which was excellent! Where the property does not do well is the restaurant where basic instructions like needing to order from the bar are not given. More confusing was that if you wanted dessert, you ordered that from the table. Staff never checked in on food or drink refills. The young, friendly staff members are more interested in socializing with each other than cleaning off a table, and even walls which were splashed with something?!? and not even wiped down. The food was fine, dessert was good, the continental breakfast had a good basic selection.
