"This is indeed a nice, quiet riverfront home. It's about 20 minutes from Cottage Grove, and the drive there is gorgeous. Great internet speed, so you shouldn't have any cellphone issues if you have wifi calling enabled on your phone. It has all the amenities that you'd need for a longer-term stay: full kitchen, full laundry, full bathroom. The Lee family are incredibly kind and personable,and I'd highly recommend this property to couples, small families, or anyone that just wants some peace and...

"The beautiful setting of this VRBO must be seen to fully appreciate. Even though we did not spend a lot time outside, we appreciated the private and restful outdoor area. "Amanda's place is wonderful, and was absolutely perfect for our use case. We had family members traveling to Eugene from Texas and California to see our 11-year old relative perform in a community theater production. Amanda's place was just as advertised, very clean, everything worked -- we DEEPLY appreciated the coffee that was there for us. The back patio provided a wonderful gathering place. "This house was perfect for me, my wife and 2 kids (5&3). Multiple deer came right up to the door, we fed them carrots! We enjoyed the upper deck as it had a nice view of the city. Overall would stay again in the future! Thank you again!"

"It was a beautiful property and a very unique stay! I would not consider it dog-friendly - lots of stairs and the deer (while cool to admire as a human) were not interested in sharing the yard with my pup! I would also travel light due to the stairs. The host was more than helpful though, I would come back! Check in while the sun is still out, it gets dark fast!"
