「The place itself was nice. The sun in the evening does beat hard into the room and the owners haven't put shades up to block that. They advertised that there was a hot tub on the facility and a laundry center. Both of these were being remodeled at the time of our stay. After skiing - a hot tub really helps and we booked this space under the understanding that we would have a hot tub. This wasn't the case. The place was nice though - just wish maybe we got some funds back for this or they did...

「Could not have asked for a better location and cozy home for Christmas! The views were amazing and Mike was an excellent host with exceptional communication. The house had everything you need to make it a home, we were beyond amazed and in awe. It made our family Christmas trip a comfortable and magical time, with memories to last a lifetime. 「This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The cabin was in poor condition. Some doors would not close, the shower in master bedroom didnt work, kettle in the kitchen was broken. The place looked outdated and desperately needing renovations or at least some basic maintenance. There are three bedrooms but access to the second bathroom is through the ajecent bedroom! This is very inconvenient for a group of friends. Management is the worst. Customer service non-existent. Spent three days...
