Step inside this beautifully curated Douglas home where comfort meets sophistication. The main level is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining, starting with a sun-filled living room anchored by a cozy gas fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day by the lake.

The newly renovated kitchen features sleek cabinetry, modern appliances, and everything you need to cook at home, whether you're prepping a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Just off the kitchen, the open dining area flows effortlessly into a screened-in patio—ideal for al fresco meals or lazy mornings with coffee and a breeze.

The spacious primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and includes a private en suite bathroom with upscale finishes. A stylish half bath and dedicated laundry room complete the first level, offering everyday convenience with a touch of luxury.

Great for families with differing interests

Our family really enjoyed the house and its location. With four bedrooms our teenaged grandchildren enjoyed their own rooms. We grandparents stayed on the first floor. The house is located a few blocks from Main St, Douglas and a mile from Saugatuck. This gave us all tons to do as we chose. It was very HOT when we were there so the air conditioned game room came in handy.
