“This is a historic hotel, a group of rooms located in a National Historic Register building. One of the best loved bars of Juneau is downstairs. The room was cozy and comfortable, and shared bath facilities were clean. I made Alaskan friends when I visited the bar. A great, authentic feeling Alaska experience. Don't expect a modern hotel experience - you'll find that in other parts of town.”

We all agree this property was perfect for our trip. No challenges what so ever with checking in and communication with Kristi was an ease with her quick replies.
