He and the other staff went above and beyond in making it a very special stay for us. We were there during my birthday, and the staff made a note of this and not only did they leave a bottle of champagne and card in the room but also remembered to wish me happy birthday in person when we walked by the front desk. “Due to metro construction, access to the hotel either via taxi or bolt/uber was a little hazzle. Other than that, the location of the hotel was really convenient for those who wants to walk to downtown shopping and excellent restaurants areas. Hotel staff was really friendly and as helpful as possible. English speakers will have no issue to communicate with them. Room decor was beautiful but our room was in the corner, so accessing to the bathroom from one side of the bed may seem really……

“Miguel greeted us, gave us overview of hotel and city. He gave us a map and oriented us. Told us important info on avoiding the hills and got us off to a great start. The hotel is beautiful and staff wonderful, from checking in, breakfast to dinner! Breakfast is truly the hugest selection of food I have ever seen, they even have champagne for mimosas! The bar overlooking city was the perfect end to our day. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is easy to find and parking is in a garage……
