「I can’t say enough about the Augusta Marriott. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful especially when I had to extend my stay for a day because my flight got cancelled. The bellman even made a special early to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. The location was also great - right on the Riverwalk. I was a very happy guest!!」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
