「No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep...

「This place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Key West!! From the warm welcome to the ease of checkout, every little detail was very well thought out and truly accommodating. This was probably one of the cleanest and neatest places that we stayed during our ten day venture south. 「Perfect location, could walk to everything. Staff was so friendly, breakfast was good. Nice to have coffee available all day and the happy hour was a nice bonus. Our room was not with the other units, it was next to the lobby building above a massage therapy. Our room could have used updating and cleaning. It was large and comfortable but a little below status we were expecting. 」
