「I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana by Hilton in Cabo. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, even asking for your preferred room-cleaning time and checking in in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend!」

「Excellent location and cute facilities. The owners are sweet people and have the cutest dog and cat around the property. The room was pretty basic and I had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it was very comfortable and clean, with some unique art. I do think this property is not for everyone but I really enjoyed my time there.」

「The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

"We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. 我们订的是全包式。入住的时候告知晚餐需要先预约，问哪一家餐厅晚上可以吃海鲜龙虾的，结果去到餐厅所有的龙虾都需要额外付费。早餐是自助餐，选择也不多。唯一值得赞许的是员工的服务态度不错。另外这个地区的所有旅游相关从业人员包括酒店的服务人员都在推销售卖timeshare酒店。感觉不好，不会再来这家酒店了。"
