This property needs TLC: swimming pools have missing tiles, lounge chairs are old and very uncomfortable if you want comfortable you have to pay $80 dollars a day, building needs paint inside and outside, resort is on a major HWY and you hear the traffic noise all day and night. The restaurants; buffet is marginal, Mexican tocas only, Grill gave me diarrhea, Japanese was excellent! The only nice thing about the stay was the comfortable bed.

Room was decent, bed very comfortable. Food was terrible- this isnt from an American or 'tourist' POV, I love Mexican food and habe eaten it my whole life- just no. This is the first time Ive been to an all-inclusive and could tell the alcohol was watered down. Pools were beautiful but overall the property was rough. You get what you pay for did not even apply here. I did get to relax though, get some sun, and slept great.

Great beach view from our room, Julien at the swim up, Isodiro at lounge bar and coffee shop were great, fast, and always on it. The Expedia concierge was great. It was easy to book speciality restaurants the morning of. They arranged transportation to the airport and got us a late checkout on departure day. The resort was a little worn, buffet was average. Not enough pool chairs. A lot of road noise from the highway out front in our room, but it wasn’t heard within the resort. I’m glad we went, we enjoyed our stay.

The resort was great overall. Check in and check out were easy and the concierge and cell staff were very helpful. The suite was clean and freshly renovated which was great for a two week stay. The alacarte restaurants were great - especially as an Expedia traveller, because we were able to reserve tables every night at the restaurants of our choice. The pool and grounds were beautiful, although the water in the main pool was chilly - even by Canadian standards. Special thanks to the activities crew who made the days fun, Angel, Vanessa and America in particular. Also thanks to the pool service staff. Manuel and Ismael were our two favourites! Thanks also to young Gabriel who served us every morning in the breakfast buffet with a smile and a great attitude.

Amazingly friendly, well trained, very helpful staff. Staff that dealt with visitors could speak English well enough to be helpful. Hotel was clean, nicely decorated - was showing its age in places but that happens any place. Did not take away from overall appearance. For Altitude Club members, reservations were easy to get, food at their restaurants was wonderful, very tasty (except beef - basically tough and chewy), presented beautifully, good menu choices (could also go to buffets - had many choices, food was ok but seemed to be always busy). For Altitude Club members, private pool and bar were not crowded, no kids, good variety of better alcohol (shortage of pool chairs, go at 6am to get shade!!) Overall, enjoyed our stay - would recommend to others - we are not likely to go back but that is because we like to try new places, in new area, for new experiences.

We had a beautiful view overlooking pool/beach and watched whales from the resort daily! Gabriel, breezy, Diana and Roberto were always very helpful and cheerful, always asking if we need anything!! This is my second time at this resort and I would definitely come back! We had the best time!!

Our room was on the 4th floor and we had a view of the beach. The room was clean. The only issue was that we had to ask for extra towels and facecloths and they only provided one towel initially. We received them immeditely.

Room had a partially obstructed ocean view due to palm trees. Gardens were in flower and well kept. Staff was awesome. Buffet needs an overhaul, its quite random. The speciality restaurants all very good. Pool areas are great but not enough chairs ir loungers and no chairs or umbrellas on the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt effortless and warm, and we left with nothing but great memories. Food and dining were standout highlights. With five restaurants on site, there was plenty of variety to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant for its authentic flavors, and the grill was a favorite as well the setting by the ocean was simply stunning and made our dinner date feel special. A big shout-out to the staff who were incredibly helpful in guiding us around Cabo. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to share tips and directions that made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. We rented our own vehicle so we could explore beyond the resort, and we were glad we chose Krystal Grand as our base. The location was ideal for us about 20 minutes to Cabo San Lucas and roughly 10 minutes to San Jose del Cabo making day trips easy and convenient. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cabo. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well located resort with great dining options and superb service, Krystal Grand Los Cabos is a fantastic choice.
