“Amazing Hotel that really lives up to its history. Desk clerk was a little snarky when he told me check in was at 4. No tone of sorry but we cannot check in until 4. It was " YOU CAN CHECK IN AT 4. This was at 3. No worries if there are no rooms available, as we had a suite. Just needs to work on his deskside manor a bit. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely amazing and the rest of the staff were terrific. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable we stayed twice within 4 days and both times the staff were excellent friendly (they remembered us) and helpful! Only drawback is you have to pay $30 for parking, you could park on the street, but lots of sketchy people on the streets of Spokane. The parking is in a secured garage so worth the peace of mind since we had all our camping gear in the car. The other insider secret get a courtyard room it has no view but is cheaper and the views from our room the……

“Pretty cool hotel. I liked being able to watch the trains go by right from my room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and quick. Only issue I have is that you are given a coupon for 1 breakfast per room at a restaurant a couple of blocks away - saying breakfast included is a little deceptive in my opinion.”
