“Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional!”

“A smart tv would be better so people have a variety of things to watch, but for a short stay, regular channels were fine.”

“The coffee shop is the best thing about this hotel. There was no hot water during our stay. They said you have to let the water run for 25 minutes for it to warm up. First of all that's not even practical to have to wait 25 minutes, but even after waiting for an entire 30 minutes for it to warm up the water still never warmed up. They said they could only offer us free breakfast or free parking to help compensate when we complained about the water. There was zero solution the the water itself……

“Clean room, great breakfast, and helpful staff. The rooms weren’t real quiet though. Lots of hall and street noise!”

“The staff was decent but didn’t go out of their way to help on their own. The king bed we had messed up my back & hips, which made walking hard. Our room had a hole in the wall & in our SIL room there was water on the rug in the main room. No extra chairs in the room, just one hard one. Can’t say that we would come back again”

“There is no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and early check-in is not possible. You must check in at 3 o'clock.”

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”

“Property was clean, breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay”

“The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.”

“It was mostly clean and functional but our shower could only shower, not switch to tub fill. We had 1 bar of soap to wash hands and bodies no shampoo or other toiletries. The breakfast was the stingiest cheapest junky crap I have ever seen, after inquiring the night before that there would be fruit, there were only empty bowls at 8:20 for a 9:00 end. White bread, junk cereal, no yogurt, I drank the coffee and left. As a gluten free individual my only option was unrefrigerated boiled eggs that……

“Started in Kentucky … to California and back. A few stays along the way were disappointing. This was our last stay back home before Kentucky. It was nice to end it with clean and calm rest!! Staff was kind and plenty of places not too far off to eat. I’d stay again.”
