Customer service is always really great! 😌. Second time staying here and it’s a nice place to stay, clean, great amenities and breakfast! Plus dog friendly! The only recommendation I would say is better blankets on the bed for sleeping, besides that great place to stay for a weekend! ☺️

We liked Homewood Suites so well the first time, taht there was little doubt where we would stay this time in Springfield. Spacious rooms, clean, staff was very courteous, breakfast was good. If we go to Springfield again for an overnight stay or longer, we'll likely choose Homewood Suites.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Clean room, nice staff and as an extra, they have a basketball hoop which is a nice extra when we are visiting the grandkids! Will definitely stay there again.

I have never had a bad experience staying at the Hilton. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I cannot stand being in a hotel room that slightly unclean. When you walk in, the entire room looks perfect and feels sanitized. I love it. When you are away from your own home, you want to feel comfortable. The Hilton is amazing and my boyfriend loves the breakfasts.

Great for large families!

The staff was very nice and the room was quiet, which was a huge plus as we were sleeping in the daytime. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the 6-10 breakfast was pretty darn good. Only thing I would suggest is more apps on the TV, as only having Disney+, Netflix, and AppleTV available left a lot of streaming inaccesible. Otherwise, it was a near perfect stay. Especially want to give a shout out to Conner (sp?), the overnight desk agent. He was helpful, corteous, showed genuine caring and concern, and quite simply made our stay (related to daughter being in hospital) substantially better. Thanks to all the staff, who were to a one superb, but especially to Conner (sp?). Thanks again, all!
