"Great experience. I flew in for a show; staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great for what I needed, as I was able to use the airport shuttle to get Metro Link access which made getting downtown and back for the show a snap. Room was well maintained; great water pressure and temperature."

"The valet service was fine. It’s supposed to be a “full service” hotel, one would expect higher end amenities but there plastic cups in the room and when we asked the bar for real glasses, it wasn’t permitted. We asked guest service and thank you Talia, the housekeeper for finding glasses for us."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The value is good - a better than expected hotel for the price. There were 2 issues for this last stay. I had a room with an adjacent wall to the elevator area, and the elevator is very loud and clunky when the door opens and shuts. I could hear it all day and all night long (good thing I had good earplugs). Make sure to get a room away from the elevator. Also, the cable tv system is a mess. The channels don't match what the cable guide on the TV says nor what the icon in the corner of the screen says. Also, many of the channels they're supposed to have say "no signal." Not a huge deal but definitely annoying. A simple piece of paper in the room which lists the real channels would certainly help."
