“My family and I have stayed at this hotel once a year for the past ten years. It is perfect top to bottom.”

“We booked this hotel and were shocked when we got there that it has an 8.4 rating. The room smelled musty and felt damp and cold. We wanted to soak for a while in the advertised hot tub but were told it was not available. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and I had to go up to the front desk in a different building for questions since he would not answer the phone. When I complained, he copped an attitude! The included continental breakfast was very sparse. Even though……

“overall wonderful stay”

“very well”

“We never touched the alarm, but the alarm in our room was set for 4am …. Of course it startled us awake and we couldn’t figure out how to shut it off so we unplugged it …. unfortunately we had thought we unplugged it, but actually there were so many plugs and long cords behind the nightstand we had actually unplugged the lamp and then the dang alarm went off again at 5:00 AM. Needless to say we were not happy!!”

“Great trip to Mystic. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.”

“I felt our room was a little bit rough.”
