“The Lighthouse Beach House was a perfect little getaway for my husband and myself. It probably would be a good size for a family with little kids, but I think if you had teens it might be a little cramped. It was way more remote than I had anticipated, but that was totally fine for us. The other houses on the property were close enough that you knew other people were around, but far enough you never heard anyone.Pros:- Right on the beach- Clean and tidy- adequate kitchen appliances & cooking……

“This place was great!!! Location was walking distance to everything. The pool was amazing , it felt like our own little resort. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the birds and iguanas in the trees. ”

“We stayed for a week and the condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated & very clean. The balconies were an added plus. It’s a perfect location for access to the pool. Roostica is a great Italian restaurant in walking distance. And a delicious French bakery nearby too.”

“Easy checkin and checkout. Host quickly responded to any questions. Home was comfortable and provided an enjoyable and safe place to celebrate a birthday with girlfriends. ”

“The courtyard was peaceful and perfect for breakfasts in the morning and board games in the evening. Location is close enough to Duval for easy access, but just enough removed that you don’t hear a thing! Great for us early birds with small children. ”

“Definitely not luxury as listed. It is great for location. Needs to be upgraded. couches lumpy could feel every spring-could not sleep on them so only 2 beds as options. both bedroom door handles falling off and shower leaking. never set our apartment code, so number in text didn't work. gate code worked but who knows how many others could have accessed our place. TV didn't work unless you had your own direct TV account. Greased front railing-with no sign to warn guests.”
