“My family really enjoyed our stay. The setting of the town and hotel/bed and breakfast was so fun. It takes you back a little for sure. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed exploring the town. There are no tvs in the rooms so it forced the kids and us to explore. We found the fun museums and businesses around as well as the park at the school. We chose to drive about 6 miles to Arrow Rock for supper and ate at Catalpa. We would definitely eat at Catalpa again. The next morning we……

“Only issue was that there was no shampoo. There was an empty bottle. Luckily, I had some shampoo in my bag. Beyond that little hiccup it's a great place to stay with friendly staff and a clean and tidy room. My favorite place to stay in Sedalia. ”

“Was a lovely stay but our check out time via Expedia email said noon but it was 11 at the property so they were banging on our door to get us out at 1130 and they were not very kind when I stated that fact. The front desk woman and the lady informing us checkout was 11 literally watched us walk down the entire hallway speaking under their breath.
