Just a stone’s throw away from the charming village of Cranswick in the unspoiled East Riding of Yorkshire. Meticulously crafted to a superior standard, this dog and child-friendly accommodation accommodates a party of 8, featuring a ground floor accessible bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, direct outdoor access and a relaxing wood fired hot tub. The Granary boasts ground source underfloor heating throughout, ensuring warmth and comfort in every corner. The heart of the home is the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, adorned with exposed beams, a wood burner and feature arched windows offering breathtaking views over the tranquil pond and sprawling countryside. The country-style kitchen is equipped with an electric range and modern appliances, complemented by a large dining table and a spacious living area with a smart TV. On the ground floor, a separate toilet adds convenience, while a utility room provides an additional fridge/freezer, a washing machine and tumble dryer. Ascend to the first floor to discover two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and sumptuous super kingsize zip and link beds, all affording splendid views. Another double room with en-suite facilities completes the sleeping arrangements.

The outdoor space features a private garden with a wood fired hot tub - a sun trap for relaxation. Additional seating and a barbecue offer delightful options for al fresco dining.

Guests can explore the shared landscaped grounds, including a large pond and nature walk. The market town of Driffield is in close proximity, while the Yorkshire Wolds beckon with opportunities for walking and cycling. A short drive leads to the golden beaches of Bridlington and Filey, as well as the captivating sights of Flamborough Head and RSPB Bempton Cliffs. For those with a taste for history, Beverley and York are within an hour’s reach. Nearby attractions including Burton Agnes, Castle Howard and Sledmere House and Gardens all add to the allure. The Granary is not just a holiday home, it’s a place for celebrations and relaxation.
