「Amazing customer service from the get go! Before we arrived, I had the pleasure of speaking with, Michelle, to assure we'd be able to access our room after the office closed because we were making a 4 hr drive to the coast. Michelle was extremely pleasant and helpful of what to expect upon our arrival. Along with Michelle, the gentleman working the desk was also helpful and pleasant. 「The room was amazing, and this facility is one of the most Pet friendly we have ever stayed at.
They give you a "Pet Basket" that included a sheet to cover each bed, there's also a towel to dry off your pet's feet if the weather is bad. Also they provide two bowls, two treat bones and two poop bags!! We were very impressed, and we will stay there again.
The only negative was a humming sound that continued the whole time we were there. I finally asked about it, and I learned it's the Ice Maker...
