Hit the nail on the head! We came to this modern home to relax and we left rejuvenated! Secluded, A/C and fans kept us very cool, and the out door patio with a pool kept us entertained and carefree for 4 days! We even visited a smal non crowded river section we could relax at near by! We will book again!

The house was very nice and comfortable. AC was working well. Important. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was functional, living room was spacious. Pool was COLD, nice and clean. Hot tub was relaxing. Check in went smoothly. House was clean overall stay was a 10.

Perfection!

This house was perfect for our family mini vacay! Relaxing and peaceful, and close to all the wineries we wanted to visit! Loved the hot tub and pool, too! Great for some hot/cold therapy!

GFs weekend getaway & Bday!

Property looks better in pictures outside and inside; actually dated in person. Half of the ladies were bitten by mosquitoes and got swollen big time from the pool and kitchen. Only 1 skillet in kitchen. Towel bars are either broken or not there; we sent photos of other defects to owners. Communication with them though is great Notwithstanding, we enjoyed ourselves but wished we paid less for value received. Sorry

Ready-made family Home

As a host myself, I have to say I’m very impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of this home. It accommodated all 10 of us very comfortably and I only wish we had had a longer stay. Would differently recommend and look forward to renting again.

While the home and location are beautiful there were a few issues. The home, pool or spa were not cleaned properly before arrival. I contacted the host and a pool company came out on the second day, they only added chemicals but did not clean the pool or hot tub. There was debris in both so my husband used the skimmer to try and clean it himself the best he could. The pool became cloudy after the chemicals were added and never cleared up before our departure. The house was generally clean but I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned recently due to the dead bugs, cobwebs and live spiders inside the house. The second day I was there I started to notice bite marks on my abdomen but assumed an ant must have bitten me without me realizing. By the time we left I had over 30 bites on my stomach. We stayed Sunday-Wednesday and by Wednesday night my lymph nodes in my groin were swollen and tender. Thursday I visited my doctors office and found out the bites were believed to have been bed bug bites. While I did not check for bedbugs so I didn’t physically seen them I can only go off of what the doctor says. I’ve included photos, there are before and after photos of the pool. As well as some of the house and the bites.
