“The place is nice and bright and very clean! It has a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River from the covered deck, which was our go-to place most of our time there. It would have been a bonus if it were screened in but overall the bugs weren't too much of an issue. There was plenty of wildlife on the river which we love. We saw large fish, a turtle, ducks, heron, and snakebirds. The water was lower than I expected, so due to my mobility issues, I wasn't able to step into the river from the……

“First of all let me saying the pictures online does not show the full potential of it!! My family and I did not except the it to be so spacious… the fact that everyone had a bathroom in their bedroom that and an extra in the hall so no one had to wait to get in”

“Had a great time here. Spent week of Christmas here. House was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and amenities. Hosts provide plenty of games and such for keeping you entertained inside and outside. Large outdoor space perfect for spending time outside with plenty of seating, games, and a fire pit. Pool area very nice. Didn't swim in pool (too cold), but enjoyed the hot tub. Lake water level still very low, but hosts are very honest and upfront about that, so we were expecting it. House……

“My friends and I stayed at this property to view the eclipse in Austin. It is conveniently located to downtown in a peaceful suburb. Plenty of food options close by. The house was very well stocked with necessities and extra items which lend to having a good time with friends. Eugene was great at communicating and really wanted us to feel comfortable at his property. We didn't have tons of people stay, but there were so many areas where people could sleep or just hang out. We recommend this……

“Our crew was 5 adult siblings and their families (plus a grandma) and this place was prefect. The suites are massive and can easily fit kids and adults. The house was modern and very clean. The location is close to lots of stuff, we never drove more than 15 mins. The property manager was super responsive on the one small thing we needed help with. If you have a large crew and everyone wants very comfy sleeping arrangements, this is definitely the spot.”
