“Good place to stay, right across from park. Parking is a bit scary on steep stope of driveway. The place was clean except the floor is very dusty, since we all prefer to be barefoot at home this was a small issue where our feet got dirty quick. We rinsed and just wore shoes instead. Children can be heard at about 7am stomping and screaming but they provided earplugs so that helped too. Place was very cozy and comfortable in the dining, living room, and kitchen. Bedrooms were clean but bed was……

“We really enjoyed our recent stay here! The place is perfect and has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook small meals. We especially loved the wonderful deck and the hot tub! Great views and easy access to the marina and nearby restaurants. We stayed with our two children and the pull out sofa worked out well and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. Our kids especially loved the vast outdoor area and exploring……

“Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed.”

“Good area, nice place. It was a 1 bedroom unit on the 16th floor, owned by Kasa in a building with other units owned by other entities. Reasonable price. Building key cards failed after one day but we were given a code to use instead. The key card is also necessary for the elevator but we got by with other people using the elevator. Nice that they left some dish soap and a new sponge and a few doses of soap for the dishwasher and clothes washer, plenty of TP and paper towels. Enough towels but……

“Great, modern studio. Love the big windows. Everything worked flawlessly, from the code to get into the building, to the code to get into the unit, to the TV, lighting, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sinks, and shower. It’s stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay: chef’s knives, silverware, glasses, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils,. There’s a Keurig for those who enjoy coffee. The overhead shower head is therapeutic. All the lights are on……

“Incredible property inside and out. Immaculate! So much to do the grandchildren always had an activity to do instead of going back to their screens. Ending the night by the fire or in the movie theater was great family time together. This could not have been a nicer property.”
