The Space:
This gorgeous 5BR home with a resort-style back yard is the perfect property for your next getaway in Dripping Springs, Texas. Enjoy a sparkling pool**, hot tub, plenty of comfortable beds, and stunning hill-country views at the Star Canyon Ranch!
THE HOUSE: Inside, you can curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to enjoy a good book or your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Home chefs will enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The house is very well stocked with cooking basics such as spices, oil, vinegars, flour, sugar, instant pot, crock pot, air fryer, blender, waffle maker, etc. Two barstools are placed at the kitchen island and a formal dining table offers additional seating for 8. Just past the kitchen is a second living area complete with a seating area, second dining table for 6, four barstools at the kitchen counter / bar, and sliding glass doors that provide access to the backyard retreat.
BEDROOMS: The Primary bedroom (with King Bed) also features an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub. Bedroom 2 is fitted with two Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are both fitted with a King Bed. Bedroom 5, the bunk room, is located just behind the dining area and is fitted with four Queen Beds housed in a custom built bunk. This home is single story, so all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The backyard retreat offers multiple seating areas along with the resort-style pool**, hot tub, sun lounge chairs, two fire pits, and Hill Country Views.
** The pool can be heated to 84 degrees at an additional charge of $225/day (plus tax).

HOUSE LIMITATIONS
1) While this home accommodates up to 18 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $50 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 18 total guests) to confirm your booking.
2) This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
3) While we love when our guests celebrate special occasions, this property does not operate as a venue and we do not permit events. Reservations are for accommodations only and additional guests other than the number of guests booked for are not permitted.
4) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
5) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.
6) We are pet friendly and allow well-behaved pets with prior approval. If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is NOT included in the total price shown on the booking platform. An additional $150/pet non-refundable pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash, doesn't go on the furniture, and please pick up after your pet. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
