"The staff were great and very helpful, but unfortunately the property itself felt run down and didn’t match the pictures online. In my first room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there were roaches. The room also had a strong mold smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff moved me to another room. The second room was much better, it smelled fresher and was a big improvement over the first. I appreciated the staff’s help, but the condition of the rooms definitely needs attention. "

"Parking lot had a lot of pot holes, no staff on duty for hours, i went to check-in at 4:10 and at 530 and waited till 615 and nothing, i wasn't able to check-in at all, number provided was off the hook, lobby phone didnt work, other guests needed to check-in, they claimed they were waiting for 3 hours "
