“The house was just as described. We had a small graduation party for my son and his roommates after graduation at TAMUK. We had more than enough room, the house and setting were perfect. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Kkngsville area.”

“The house overall was good. The driveway was mentioned in listing so it isnt their fault but it is really bad. You can barely get on there without scraping the bottom of the car. It really needs a deep clean as there was dust everywhere and baseboards were not good, fans and AC vents were really bad with dust covered all over it. However, past that, it had the space we meeded and the kids loved the pool. We were able to cook and enjoy our time. The kids area was a plus as well. Plenty of towels……

“To start this is not the home we ended up staying. Mike called me the day before and explained there were some maintenance issues with this home and offered another home instead. The home we stayed in was wonderful and comparable if not bigger and nicer than the home we originally booked. Mike was easy to get of hold of. Fortunately we rented with someone with alot of houses, otherwise it might not of turned out so seamlessly. Would definitely stay in another one of Mike's homes.”

“Casa de Samuel is the perfect getaway. Within 10 minutes of our family which was important for us. The grounds are inviting, lovely little corners for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, and a glass of wine or beer in evening. The cottage has everything you need and a fun selection of games. The hostess is as delightful as the cottage.”

“We stayed in the Kingsville cottage to visit family. It was a comfortable stay, stocked with everthing we needed and clean home. There was also a very nice bbq and firepit area. Enjoyed our time.”
