The host failed to inform us that the house was not fully heated which was a problem when the temps dropped to the 20’s. Several rooms were heated(the upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. 「The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. 」

「This place is a cute lil gem. Clean comfy cozy oh did I say safe! The parking lot is tight! And you have to back out of the fence so if you’re terrible at going in reverse then. We did see some parking near the back that was pretty straight forward. They took everything into account to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here in the future.」
