Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai

"The property was significantly overcrowded during our stay. Since this is positioned as a family resort, it was surprising to find that some pools were restricted to adults only during specific hours. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant odor (similar to sulfur) in the elevators, ground floor, and lobby. It seems like a straightforward maintenance issue, so it is unclear why management hasn't addressed it. That being said, the rooms, food, and overall facilities were good, and the frontline staff were clearly trying their best to manage the volume of guests."

"Hotel was great, clean and good location on The Walk. Food was very good (we had DBB). The only negative is the pool area. There are crows that swoop over the sun beds looking for food. Some people are feeding them which encourages the problem. If any food is left or dropped on the floor they are on it and sitting on your sun bed eating it! There are often bird droppings on the sun beds. The staff were not bothered by it at all."
