“First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you.
The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom.
No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. On our 3rd day somebody was……
