Dont Just Ask Customer for Upgrade!

"The reception shouldnt just ask me whether i wanna upgrade or not. I wud hv upgraded if i wanted to. Instead, he should at least guide me where my room and the breakfast place are. The air conditioner is hard to adjust. It is always freezing and i had to turn off."
