Everyone in the staff was super helpful. The location is great. They offer free shuttle service to/from the mall of emirates which is very convenient and saved me ~300 AED that otherwise I would have paid for taxi ride. The view from the room was amazing and all the amenities were very good.

Great food and service throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Samir & Nani. The tours desk was also excellent in putting together the itineraries. The only thing was the area around can sometimes be noisy in the evenings with the volume of traffic going through. We stayed for the second time at the Amwaj Rotana for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I want to give a special mention to Babul from housekeeping, he was so kind and welcoming to us everyday and had our room in immaculate condition everyday. He really made such a difference to our stay with his kind presence in the hotel.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Wiam who gifted us a dinner voucher to use at the hotel as there was a slight delay in preparing our room. We didn’t mind as the staff were so accommodating and we could see they were genuinely busy. Really enjoyed our stay here, dinner at the Horizon was amazing with plenty of choices. So glad we booked this after a 5 nights stay at the Jumeirah Beach hotel and can confidently say, we had a better time at Amwaj Rotana. Will definitely be staying here again with the family when we are next in Dubai.

Location was in close proximity to the beach and lots of tourist-focused restaurants. Hotel was very well maintained, food was great and staff were very helpful. Taxis and Uber were available almost in an instant everyday. There was however traffic getting in everyday and every time.

Great location along JBR, lovely staff. Food was excellent in the hotel. We booked the all inclusive option with a room with Lounge access. The all inclusive worked well for us but I think we wouldn’t bother with the lounge access next time. All in all a great spot, and the manager Mubarak really looked after us

Second time at the Amwaj Rotana, its in a great location on JBR, breakfast is great, found all the staff to be really helpful and friendly, especially Mohuddin in the Sun Deck. Room was great with an amazing view of the beach and the Ain Dubai. No complaints at all
