Check in and check out was seamless. Rooms were clean and well maintained. All amenities were great. Baggage assistance (Porter Services) were quite slow for bringing luggage to and from the room. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but no milk or creamer.

We stayed at the deluxe suite for a week during cny break. It was a great stay! Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Azure beach club was nice. The hotel location is great with the beach nearby and many options of restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful with good services. The only thing that happened, is the hotel didn't mention there would be noise from the construction works during the stay period. The noise start at 11:00 ...
