Noise from construction site in front of hotel was very annoying. Whilst not the fault of the hotel close liaison with the contractors should have been made to understand what problems would be anticipated?
In fitness hotel did offer to change my room. 7 am wake up calls we’re annoying but not the fault of the hotel.
Television only gave me access to around seven or eight channels from the 50 that were listed
Windows were very dirty
Tap in the sink in the bathroom was loose
Once I would rate the hotel overall as good these matters do need to be put right.

Very good hotel design. I like the atmosphere, the food and the rooms. Staff is also very welcoming.
Had a small issue with shower drainage - I think they can improve the maintenance on the showers. Other than that perfect.
