Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. “Good location Staff really nice with passion I had a day tour was start early morning, so the suggested a breakfast to go, really impressive! Room is comfortably, enough space for solo trip, bath area is a bit small but clean Room night is really humanity, but they use light sensor system in the corridor, it's a bit dark and not so sensitive, recommended to adjust the timer maybe 1 more min lasting, safety and environmental friendly is both important! “First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying.
