Strong urine smell- run down-Couldn’t stay

Pretty run down, student type apartment that smelled so bad of urine we couldn’t stay. Holes in furniture, duct tape holding things together, food stains on the couch, ripped curtains hung with thumb racks, urine stains on the walls behind the toilet.. just gross. Haven’t heard back from rental company Houst about refund - VRBO didn’t help either- the neighborhood looked fun but we had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. Advertised parking wasn’t accessible and there are steep stairs that aren’t mentioned in the description either.

Beim Check In bereits das erste Problem. Die Angaben seitens der Hausverwaltung in Bezug auf den Parkplatz, WLAN und Austattung waren nicht korrekt. Das Tor öffnet sich per Telefon, welches in der Unterkunft selbst liegt (das findet man heraus, wenn man das Auto entnervt woanders geparkt hat.Leider konnte die Hotline der Verwaltung auch nicht helfen. Die Unterkunft selbst war nur mangelhaft gereinigt, auch hier wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Das WLAN stimmt nicht mit den Angaben der Hausverwaltung überein. Geheizt wird im Untergeschoss ausschließlich über den Ofen, den man erstmal anbekommen muss… Warmwasser der Dusche per Durchlauferhitzer, mehrfach flog die Sicherung… Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft schön und die Lage super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pubs fußläufig erreichbar. Zu Fuß ca. 45 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt/ Temple Bar. Für die gebotene Leistung war der Preis zu hoch, die Hausverwaltung sollte an den Infos arbeiten und vor allen einen ordentlichen Putzdienst anheuern.
