Close to a lovely beach and old town.

Check-in was easy. The property is located well, with a 20 minute walk to old town, keeping you away from most of the tourist crowds. Close to a very nice beach and bar at the end of the road with lovely views of the Adriatic sea. The bar downstairs was good for a morning coffee. Also close to a couple of supermarkets and bakeries. The property itself was accurate to the listing. With a lovely view towards the east for the sunset in the evening. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well supplied. The balcony was lovely but needed a sweep beforehand and the parasoles need better stands for windy weather but worked fine. Bathroom had an unfortunate smell and the main sink didnt drain properly, I think a drain de-blocker could resolve both these issues. The shower pressure was good. Overall 4/5

Great Apartment - Centrally Located

Lovely, comfortable apartment that is centrally located from everything you may want to do in Dubrovnik (Old Town, Lapad Bay, Mt Srd). Loved having a private balcony to sit and read in the morning. Easy check-in/out with friendly staff. I also loved that we could get coffee and croissants downstairs before starting each day's adventure. Thank you Hedera Estates!

Great Apartment!

Pros - clean, quiet, nice neighborhood within walking distance of Dubrovnik Old Town., modern, well equipped kitchen, very pleasant private balcony, responsive management. We would stay there again. Cons - Management had to scramble to provide the promised parking space. But they did find a space and we were grateful to have it. You must walk up 2 long flights of stairs as there is not a lift. Although the apartment is comfortably non-smoking, the rest of the building houses many smokers and that can be smelled in the hallways.
