Villa Dubrovnik Oasis with a swimming pool is situated in one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic coast, in the magnificent historic town of Dubrovnik, only 20 m from the sea and 3.5 km from the town center of Dubrovnik.
The property of Villa Dubrovnik Oasis stretches over 700 m2. Its residential object occupies an area of 300 m2 and stretches over 3 floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor, and is suitable accommodation for 9 people.
On the ground floor of VillaDubrovnik Oasis, you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, guest toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor of VillaDubrovnik Oasis, there is a bedroom equipped with a double bed and private bathroom and another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower.
On the second floor of VillaDubrovnik Oasis, there is one single room and two double rooms, with a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a terrace.
Villa Dubrovnik Oasisis fully air-conditioned and equipped with in-floor heating, WIFI, safe, swimming pool, fireplace, and parking space.

Price includes:
• Change of towels every 7 days,
• Change of bed linen every 7 days,
• Pool maintenance every 7 days or upon request,

Everything was amazing! Words could not do this beautiful villa justice. Everything was clean, organized, and convenient. The villa is so spacious inside and outside. Plenty of room for my friends and I. The location was perfect for me, the beach is right next to it. We also could walk to the beach day club. The host is amazing too! Very helpful! All the stars !!!
