Amazing property away from bustle of old town. Incredible staff, delicious breakfast, peaceful private pool area, easy parking. Highly recommend. Bit of a walk to the old town but that was why I liked it - others might want to be closer. Buy some food from local market to feed the beautiful street cats on your walk down to town.
Lovely stay, the staff at Palace Natali catered to our every need and made us feel really comfortable. Room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. Food was excellent. Definitely would recommend.
The beauty of this property is really not captured in the pictures online. You're in your own little sanctuary - after a day in the hustle and bustle of the old town, theres nothing more special than coming home to a palace - shared by very few. So much more special than the similar priced venues such as Rixos and Hilton. Just incredibly special.
The hotel was in good condition with lovely views towards the sea. Our suite was very spacious with a large living area with TV and minibar. We were a little disappointed with our balcony with was very narrow with a high wall and restricted view though. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There is a nice outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was okay but fairly limited choice with the cooked to order food all centred eggs. Plus it seemed to take an age to arrive even though it was fairly quiet most days. The hotel is set at the top of Dubrovnik and is a 20-25 minute walk down to the old town. So for those not wanting to walk up lots of steps I suggest a taxi back. Plus get an UBER much cheaper than local taxis. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and thank all the staff for their efforts.
This hotel is lovely it’s out of town so nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful old building with modern facilities - a nice pool, a great place to relax. Thanks to Daniel and Toni for your help.

The property is stunning. The staff was amazing helping book transfers and held our bags until we departed.
The rooms outside of the main restored property leave a little bit to desired (but that is if you are being extremely critical)
We really enjoyed our stay at Palace Natali. The food was excellent but quite expensive, we would strongly recommend the chicken. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean. The area is very quiet and the sunsets magical. Stairs back from the old town not for the weak of knees (>200). Dubrovnik old town is lovely and we would strongly recommend the cherry mojito at Tatas.
Suberb views, superior location, stellar property,
It's a fantastic property, however it is not five minutes from the ferry terminal, it's over half an hour away. It's fifteen minutes to the old city with a number of bars, bakeries, and grocery stores within a five minute walk. Located high on the hill, the view is amazing, but the entrance is a challenge to find, a discrete door on a narrow side street. The food is great, facilities are first rate, property is clean, crisp, and modern. Staff are friendly but inexperienced, have patience. I would definitely stay here again, excellent value.
Unique property finished really well. The team is friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was to a very high standard. The views are incredible. The gym was lacking in terms of cardio equipment but had a great stock of dumbbells (and was the most ‘petty’ gym I’ve seen!). Hotel definitely requires decent knees given all the stairs. Wholly recommend - would certainly return.
Perfect for a long weekend away in Dubrovnik. The hotel is stunning - inside and out. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. The outside has the most exquisite gardens. The pool area is wonderful - with a good sized pool, jacuzzi etc and you can swim looking out to the sea. The staff could not do enough for us and really made the stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. The only thing to mention was it ’s high up the hillside so walking down to the Old town is absolutely fine but even though it’s 20 minutes away recommend getting a taxi home but it only costs a mere 8 euros.
PS; Use Uber as no taxi driver knows where it is because it’s brand new.
Hello all!
Fresh from Dubrovnik and let me dive straight into our delightful stay at Palace Natali! A newbie in town since May 2023, and wow, it’s a stunner. It is only a brief 15-minute walk from The Old City, it’s the best of both worlds - close to the historical treasures yet a tranquil escape from the tourist bustle when you need it.
What struck us was its intimate vibe with just 20 rooms and a heap of cool facilities - think lush gardens to unwind in, a fully-equipped gym, a fun game room, and a pool to dip into. Not forgetting the available massages, which trust me, are bliss after a day exploring! Their super handy app to order drinks and snacks anywhere on-site was a cherry on top.
The rooms? Spacious and elegant, with the AC hitting the spot during those warm evenings. Our mornings often started with leisurely coffees and crisp croissants, while evenings wrapped up with serene wine sessions, overlooking The Old City. It’s these moments that are just priceless, aren’t they?
The service was on-point - genuinely top-tier without being pretentious. Honestly, every bit of our stay screamed luxury without that painful price tag to match. We’re already dreaming of round two in Croatia, and Palace Natali will undoubtedly be our pick again. If Dubrovnik’s on your radar, give this place a go, and if The Old City stays are tempting you, we’d say - rethink and give Palace Natali a whirl instead!
This tranquil oasis is the perfect escape from the hustle & bustle from old town, yet still within walking distance! The grounds & rooms are immaculate and the staff is attentive and very kind. You are treated like royalty. The food is also delicious! I truly can’t say enough good things about this intimate hotel and will definitely be back.
The staff (Daniel and Lidia) were exceptional
Great service
Very helpful
Room cleaness can be improved
Beautiful facility
Nice breakfast and restaurant
We had a wonderful stay at Palace Natali. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool - so peaceful, a complimentary drink on the terrace at sunset, relaxing on the comfortable seats in the Olive Garden and chatting to the lovely staff and other residents.
As mentioned in all reviews the steps down to the Old Town are fine, the steps back up are more challenging but are absolutely doable, particularly at the cooler times of evening and night. A bit trickier when it’s very hot but there’s also the option of a short taxi ride instead. Dubrovnik is a fabulous place to visit - we’ll be back :o)
This small hotel is a real gem. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful grounds and easy walk to Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The staff and service are first-rate. Highly recommend.
Beautiful and quiet. We did not eat at the Restaurant as the menu was pricey. It would have been nice to have more affordable snack options during the day.
