  • Newly built modern Villa Primavera with infinity pool is situated in the vicinity of Dubrovnik and only 1,6 km from the sea.Villa Primavera has a spacious pool area and badminton court.The villa Primavera has 5 bedrooms with king size beds and 5 en-suite bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor, you can find the living area an fully equipped kitchen. From here you can exit to the pool, terrace, barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the ground floor is also one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shared toilet.On the first floor are the remaining 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony and a charming view or the greenery which surrounds the villa.The Old Town of Dubrovnik can be reached within a 10-minute car ride. The beautiful beach is 25 minutes walk from the villa. Nearby are nice restaurants and bars.Villa has all the facilities to complete any holiday dream.

Great place to relax and rest

Villa was quite easy to find and are host were there to greet us upon our arrival. After a week spent sailing villa was great place to relax and rest! Villa is excellently equipped and clean. It has everything you might need. If something was missing or needed our host was only a phone call away. I really hope we did not bother her much with our requests. We had such a good time that we wished we could have stayed longer! Maybe next year we`ll come back!

Amazing House!

Spent two weeks with my friends in the Villa. AT first, we were disappointed because there was no Seaview, but we got over it fast. The villa is extraordinary wit the bog pool, modern design and lots of space.
