The room was very clean, easy check in but was never told beforehand about the $50 fee required at check in for incidentals. Luckily I had a card available to cover this. The entrance to the Tower is pretty challenging if pulling a suitcase as there is not a ramp close by. My sink did not drain properly ...

The room was very clean and the staff very polite. The only concern was on our first night when the people next door held loud conversations throughout the night. The second night was much better with no noise.
