“This was a last minute trip to the Outerbanks and I was lucky to find this gem of a cottage. Newly renovated, spacious, on the sound side and easy enough access to the ocean. We had a great 4 days over the holiday weekend. Owner was very responsive as we navigated the beach access and neighborhood pool and tennis access. Great size for 4 adults. ”

“Fantastic location, house was perfect, pool and yard are just right for larger family especially those with kids and teens. Also great for fishing since can walk to sound. Had 4 teen boys with us and they loved location because rented bikes and road back and forth to fishing at sound, beach and shops in ducks. Highly recommend!!!!”
